It is New Year's Eve, so we'll start today with a quick update about the weather and

the celebrations tonight.

Most of the New Year's Eve specials you can watch on TV will be live from New York City's

Times Square, like the Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest

starting at 8 PM Eastern on ABC. If you want to watch online the Times Square

official website will also be live streaming the midnight ball drop.

Acue Weather says the weather there in NYC is looking pretty decent. It'll be

mostly dry with temps in the 40s, though it may feel more

like the low 30s. ABC News says it'll be colder with some snow in other parts of the northeast.
