Marshal Service says about Travis Decker, the former Army infantryman accused of killing his three

daughters in June at a campground in Washington State. Federal officials filing a court document

asking for his arrest warrant to be dropped because of his death.

Remains were found in a wooded area mere miles from where the bodies of his daughters were found.

The girls, 9, 8, and 5 years old were suffocated to death, bound with zip ties, with plastic bags placed over their heads.

Last year, his ex-wife had warned the courts that Decker's mental health

was worsening and that he was becoming increasingly unstable, including often living out of his truck.

The three-month manhunt for Decker involved dozens of state and federal law enforcement officials.
