How do you approach training for this stuff?

Are you neurotic and intense or are you, you know...

For the brista competitions?

Yeah, like, let's say you, you know. For the brista competitions?

Yeah.

Like, let's say you, you competed for so many years and did well, more consistently than most people will ever do.

Like, you ended up in the finals tons of times.

And then you win, and now you're going to the world barista championship.

Like, what's going on in your mind?

I mean, bear in mind this is a year where I had a wedding and a baby coming.

Like, my mind was... Small potatoes.

And also just six, seven years of competing and being around brista competitions.

Like, I've learned and I've done a lot of the stuff that I need to.
