and he says, it's been said repetition is reputation. Can it be that we've seen the original Rod Sailing episode so many times

that the subsequent series can never become the same memory?

The original cannot be copied.

While the other series could be similar in themes and have everyday people

in extraordinary circumstances,

there is always something that reduces what they try to do,

cheap production values, copy of a copy.

Anyway, there is only one Mona Lisa.

There can be other art, of course,

but it's so easy to remember the original Twilight Zone episode's names and very hard to name episodes from the follow-on series discuss.

And he kind of adds then, name an episode from a follow-on series that you can remember.

Now, we should be quite good at this Emmy because we went through the whole 80s Twilight Zone.

We went through the whole 2000s Twilight Zone and then we kind of redid all of the 2019

Twilight Zone.

That's right.

It's funny how these, um, the reboots are kind of rejected by so many but always are a discussion points as well.

Yeah.

You know?

It's kind of fascinating.

So let's go with the 80s show.
