Halliburton, having what many believe, not all apparently in New York, but many believe

probably going to be his first all-star season here in the NBA.

Tyrese is in playing the Knicks tomorrow night.

The last time, Ty, that I saw you in a hotel, about a year ago, in New York,

crossed town from where we are now, the night before you had gone off in Philly

against the Sixers, one of your best games. You had lost about a week at the trade deadline.

I was in the other, I think I bumped in you in the lobby, and I had been visiting with Monty

McNair, the King's GM, and Vivek, Ronadivay, their owner kind of passed through and we talked a little bit and they're raving

about you and I saw you and I said, hey, it's going to get better.

You guys are going to get this figured out here.

They were building around you, right?

I don't know if you remember, we had a quick conversation in the lobby and like six days

later, I'm reporting the kings have traded Tyrese Halliburton to the Indiana Pacers.

It is amazing how quickly things change in this league.

It was less than a year ago.
