One of the real breakout players, not just in the Eastern Conference, but in all of the NBA, career highs across the board for you, Kyle.

I'll be getting at almost 22 points a game for this Wizards team.

And you are in the All-Star Eastern Conference,

All-Star conversation, which is, I'm sure, pretty remarkable,

given it wasn't that long ago.

You were a freshman at Utah,

averaging three points a game, and now

all these years later, an all-star game in Utah. It's funny how sometimes it can start to look full

circle. Full circle. I mean, you kind of just said it, you hit it on the nail. I mean, I think

me touching on what you said about my freshman year in college, I never really

expected this type of journey.

And for me, I've always been really, really confident.

And I knew even, you know, my freshman year, I averaged three points a game.

But I always knew that I could be an NBA player.

But when you talk about the journey and

everything that's transpired no I could never think about that for sure yeah I mean

this is we said this has been your best season certainly the opportunity has been

there your growth and you've already got five 30-point this season, more than you had all of last season.

And, you know, you were earlier in your career.

There was a lot, especially playing with LeBron in L.A.

It was a lot of catch-and-shoot.
