Summary

It was an eye opening day of testimony in this week’s preliminary hearing for Tyler Robinson, who is facing the death penalty for the public assassination of Charlie Kirk on an Utah campus last September. Robinson’s former partner and roommate sat down with prosecutors in a pre-recorded interview played for the court on Thursday where he detailed Robinson’s behavior before and after the murder. Lance Twiggs also revealed the handwritten note where Robinson confesses to the murder and says he is likely dead or facing a lengthy prison sentence.  Prosecutors also presented a series of text messages to Twiggs and others where Robinson seems to be proving to friends he was the one responsible for Kirk’s murder.

I don't think I've ever seen a preliminary hearing quite like this in terms of the amount

of evidence and the lack of defense.

it's hard to imagine there is any possible defense that would be effective in any way,

Robs, there are so many confessions here. It doesn't even,
