Good morning, everyone, and welcome to Morning Run.

I literally just had to smack you to get you to start talking. I was watching the weather report. I wanted to see how hot it was going to get today. Should we start over? No. You're sure? No, I'm positive. I'm totally focused now. Okay. Hey there, folks. I'm T.J. Holmes. I was going to start by saying all is right with the world because finally we got Love Island and World Cup back yesterday, but apparently it didn't do you any good. I mean, we did stay up late, so there's that. But no, I'm ready to go. It's Friday. Time to celebrate. Time to celebrate. Time to possibly see a new movie this weekend i don't know if we're going to do this

but it's being talked about robed this horror movie is something that's going to be uncomfortable to watch

like it is one of the scariest and goryest and nastiest in the whole evil dead franchise is coming

out as well it's out now that's hard to imagine because obviously that franchise is known for all

of the above we watched a uh yeah i forgot which number it was night. It was the one with the cabin in the woods. Yeah, and we watched that after we watched Love Island. We stayed up late last night. Damn, I guess we did. Okay. What's wrong with us? Yeah, we're just enjoying our lives. We're enjoying ourselves. Wherever you are, you're enjoying yourself and looking forward to your weekend as well.

But on the morning run, we got a number of stops to make in China and Michigan, Ohio, Utah, Boston, and the Bahamas.

But roads, let's start at the gas pump.

We're trying to find ways to keep updating everybody about what's going on with the war with Iran because we can't keep it clear based on what the president is telling us, but one of the

best indicators sometime of how things are going. Take a look at gas prices. Yes. So if this is any

indication to all of you, gas prices jumped five cents overnight. That is the largest one-day jump

since the ceasefire in May. The average is now at $3.84.

So, yes, I think it can be concluded that things are not going in the right direction.

That is absolutely the case.

Look, they have been going down for the most part for a month, ropes.
