Episode 365. My name is Douglas Wilson, and you are most welcome. Good to have you here. What I want to talk about here is New St. Andrews College and the two-year cultural political window that I believe we have. And when I say two-year window, perhaps it's a four-year window,

0:40.2

perhaps longer, but I think we should assume two years. How's that? Well, Donald Trump has

0:46.5

just been elected. He's just been inaugurated. And he came out of the gates furiously,

signing scores of executive orders, doing all kinds of things.

So he's got the ball. He's on the offense. He wants to get a bunch of things done.

2:19.7

If they lose that, the House, then it is almost certain that all impeachment festivities are going to

2:27.3

start up again. I don't think there will be any appetite in Washington or in the rest of the country,

2:32.9

for that matter, for anything like the Mueller

2:35.1

investigation or anything like everything shuts down just because an impeachment process is underway.
