Today, we're going to talk about depression,

and I want to tell you about a good friend of mine

that I'm going to call Tim.

That's not his real name.

Now, just so you'll know, he is a real person,

and it's not me.

Like at the end of the message, I'm like, I'm Tim.

I'm not Tim.

He's a real person.

And we've been friends since high school.

If you met Tim, what I promise you is you would love him.

Everybody I know says he's the most generous,

most kind, most uplifting person.

If you had one conversation with him,

you'd be like, I want to be friends with Tim.

This guy's amazing.

And after a very good, very positive, very uplifting conversation,

when you walk away feeling great,

you would have absolutely no idea that Tim made a very conscious

and difficult decision just to get out of bed on that day.

Because he didn't want to and he didn't feel up to it.

And you wouldn't know that he gave you all the energy
