supposed to be about love and service, but millions of Americans have grown up to find their

nice religions been hijacked by this mean authoritarian, tax-free click. I wrote a book about

how these right-wingers aren't actually on the side of Jesus, and historically, they never have been.

It's a very irreverent and biblically correct book for believers, atheists, agnostics, and anybody who's ever going to have to deal with a Christian extremist in your family, workplace, or government.

On all the issues that divide us, using actual verses from that book they claim to follow,

they've got a First Amendment right to twist the Bible to their liking.

You've got a First Amendment right to call them out for it, and you'll be surprised at how good it feels.

Hey, all, Glenn Kirshner here. So friends, on Friday, we had a lot of legal developments. We had several courts, both courts of appeal and trial court judges handing down opinions and rulings.

And if we can try to use as a measuring stick, two of those rulings to try to figure out

if Friday was a good day or a bad day on the rule of law front, I think we can conclude

that it was largely a good day for the Constitution

and a good day for the rule of law, at least as measured by a Court of Appeals ruling from the First

Circuit Federal Court of Appeals in the birthright citizenship case,

and a trial court judge's opinion handed down in federal court in Tennessee in the Abrago-Garcia case.

It wasn't a perfect day, but on balance, I think it was a good day for the Constitution and the rule of law.

Let's turn first to the Abrago Garcia case and the new reporting.
