As I mentioned, Shohei was officially pulled off the block and responded with one of the crazier performances I've ever seen

across yesterday's double header.

Complete game shut out and two homers, just casually.

Pretty amazing.

Were you a little surprised, Todd, that the Angels made this move?

Or do you think this was the right move for that organization?

I don't know.

I mean, I guess it was the right move.

Can you, listen, I'm a Red Sox fan.

I'm hoping they're the ones that make the playoffs.

Because one of these teams jumps in, who's going to fall out, right?

I mean, they're not going to create another spot.

But, you know, losing draft picks, what are you going to do with the draft picks anyway?

You got that much money.

You can buy a team, so who cares?

So I think it was the right move, especially if the angels would like to keep Otani for next, you know, going forward.

If that, if, and if they end up not keeping them, that's, you know, okay, bummer.

But to me, that's the, you had to do this.
