So we just spent a good amount of time catching up with Cassie who walked in here this morning

with a cane, hobbled, hobbled in here with a cane, and a soft cast around her ankle.

And I could have been in the very similar situation as I walked in here this morning.

So let me very sad because I got a nasty ass cash on my leg today.

When I was in Canada a couple of months ago, Tiffany and I, we rented some e-bikes that

I liked a lot, man.

You can get some exercise, but you don't got to work all that hard, you don't want to.

I am a fan of that.

So now that I'm starting to work more on my cardio rather than lifting and stuff, I thought

I'm just sick of being in a gym, being on a bike, walking on a treadmill.

You can only do that so many times.

So I thought, you know what, I'm going to go and get one this weekend, one of these e-bikes.

And an electric bike.

And an electric bike.

So I went to pedigo in Alpharetta and they were absolutely amazing.

The two dudes that run this place are fantastic, man.

I walk in there and I think it's a little bit like going to look for a puppy like you know,

you know what you say?

Like no, I'm just going to check out puppies today.

I'm not going to buy one, whatever, I walked into that place saying no, I'm just doing

my research knowing that I'm getting sold anyway today.
