I hope you're having a great day. It's Tuesday and we are beginning a week where we are feeling our feelings a little bit more than usual. So really tuning in to our heart and our emotional body to see what is lingering inside. What feelings do we have left to feel? What is that emotion that

your body is just really longing to express? Today, I really want to tune into the fact that as

human beings, we can absolutely feel more than one thing at a time. And this can take a little bit to actually

understand. Sometimes we think that, okay, well, if we are really frustrated or angry, then that

that's all we are. And then that expression is going to be everything that we feel. So we sometimes

might even hold ourselves back a little bit, not wanting to express

anger because we're scared. A big feeling like that is going to take over everything. Or when we are

grieving, we're going through something really difficult. Like that's all we have to do. We have

to submerse ourselves or immerse ourselves in this deep grieving experience where that's all there is

and it's going to be dark all the time. But we can actually feel grief and joy at the same time.
