0:47.2	ruled yet. They did respond on somewhere around Wednesday,
0:53.0	and they didn't have much a response.
0:57.0	It was weird, they're basically, they're kind of throwing the towel in
1:00.0	on the open records request.
1:02.0	They're not really challenging us on that.
1:05.0	It's almost like they are going to accept the fact that, you know, if he
1:08.9	colonilizes them, you know, a thousand or more dollars per request but they say they don't want to
1:16.2	turn over the balance. So the argument there is well they said there's nothing in the law that requires them to do this.
1:25.0	And, which is true, there's nothing in the law that requires them to do that,
1:32.0	and the law prohibits them from doing it.
1:35.2	Well, I mean, that's kind of true, but the judge has the authority to unseal the balance.
1:42.7	And that's our argument.
1:44.5	That was our argument before they brief is,
1:46.9	and that's still our argument.
1:48.8	So there was nothing in their response that changed anything. So that's a good thing because we've already
1:56.7	addressed those issues in our proposed order and our brief, which is all up on voterg.org on the legal tab.
