0:34.0	Yeah, it's interesting to say the least, they are saying in the trial briefs that Trump is
0:39.3	singularly responsible for inciting the January 6th insurrection, which is an unwinnable framing in my opinion to pin the entire thing on Trump or one person for anything.
0:54.4	It's a pretty unreasonable standard they're setting there.
0:57.1	But the facts on the Democrat side are they're saying,
1:01.3	and they're saying these are the facts,
1:02.4	that Trump spent months
1:04.1	telling lies about a fraudulent election and that on the 6th he told that mob to
1:09.6	fight like hell or they won't have a country. Never mind the fact that he said,
1:13.7	protest peacefully in that same speech.
1:15.6	They're taking those words, fight like hell,
1:18.5	and they're saying that that means to physically
1:20.7	go storm the capital.
1:22.8	If we use that standard and applied it across the board,
1:25.4	that we're gonna be impeaching or convicting
1:27.2	a lot of people on both sides.
