This is the second part of a two-part series about the Gibbon Sisters,

also known as the Silent Twins.

This is the story of twin girls living in Wales,

who from a very young age were so bonded to one another

that they created their own twin language to communicate.

Later, they would refuse to speak or even associate with everyone but each other,

including their own parents and siblings.

Their self-imposed isolation would lead to increasingly

anti-social behavior that would descend into criminal behavior.

When we last left off,

Jun and Jennifer Gibbons had been arrested after caught committing arson,

which capped off their five-week crime spree of vandalism and burglary.
