Summary

Have you ever heard the term ‘wintering?’ It’s the concept of doing the radical act of slowing down, resting and refuelling for the future seasons. It sounds simple in theory, but can be really difficult to practice in a world, both physically and digitally, that pushes us to stay in a state of eternal summer; always on, always doing, always producing. If your energy and mood are low this winter season, tune in to this chat to discuss the ways we can winter in order to refill and replenish our resources.
