Summary
Welcome to a new year and NEW SEASON of Hurdle, kicking things off with the annual Turning the Page series! For this week of five back-to-back episodes, each guest shares highlights from their past 365, offers up a word that they’re focusing on for the new year, and then, gives some advice on how to move into the next 52 weeks with grace and a positive outlook. For the final episode of the series, I'm reconnecting with Rebeckah Price, a yoga and meditation teacher. She gets honest about how she navigated the unexpected loss of her brother, and how grief may look different at different times. She also speaks on chosen family, abundance in 2023, and what she's most proud of.
