a plenty on the Christian nationalist right at the moment, whether it's Trump in America or Nigel Farage

leading in the polls, in some polls in the United Kingdom, the national rally in France or the alternative for

Deutschland in Germany or Pauline Hansen's One Nation Party in Australia, which is now the

second most popular party in Australia, incredible, since it was only really a two or three

percentage point game just a few years ago. I thought it was time for us to understand what the new,

energized young nationalist right is actually all about, not the far right, not white supremacists,

but people who are completely changing what conservatism means in Western liberal democracies.

You'll be familiar probably with Turning Point USA, the organization founded by Charlie Kirk,

who was assassinated last year.

Today's conversation is with the head of the Australian chapter of Turning Point,

the leader of Turning Point Australia.

He's not your average Christian nationalist. He's a 28-year-old

Lebanese Australian influencer, educator and activist who was tapped by Nigel Farage himself

and introduced to Charlie Kirk and Farage encouraged Kirk to allow Joel to set up

turning point in Australia. He originally had gained some notoriety in

Australia for his online conversations about Australia's COVID lockdowns and sort of championing

a populist uprising against those. And he now has more than 600,000 followers. He has over a billion

views. He has a newspaper. He has a podcast. A lot of this will

be news to Normies in Australia because this all occurs in a political sphere that is unfamiliar

to the mainstream, but we have to pay attention to it and we have to understand what is
