It is our desire to bring you a systematic study of the entire Bible, chapter by chapter, book by book.

Does the thought of God getting angry scare you?

Well, in one sense, it should scare us, but in another

sense, God's righteous anger should be a very comforting thing to us. On our last program,

we began looking at a story in John chapter 2 that speaks of the anger of Jesus. We saw that

Jesus directed his anger at people who were cheating

and harming those who had come to worship him. It illustrates the fact that God gets angry

when people are harming his children, and as his children, this should bring comfort to us.

As we continue our study today, we will explore the righteous anger of God by looking at

four times in the Bible when Jesus gets angry.

With our study, here now is Pastor John.

We see four times when the Lord shows or depicts anger in the scriptures.

He was using mafioso kind of language when he said the one who offends a little child.

It would be better for him to have a millstone hung around his neck and be cast into the sea.
