It is our desire to bring you a systematic study of the entire Bible,

chapter by chapter, book by book.

It is very true that Jesus is a gentle and approachable God

who desires to be intimate with us, but it is also true that Jesus is a gentle and approachable God who desires to be intimate with us.

But it is also true that Jesus can display a powerful anger. And in our study today, we are

going to explore this righteous anger of God. While the anger of God can sound like a scary thing,

for most of us, it can be quite the opposite.

The key is to understand why God gets angry.

Let's now join Pastor John for our study in John chapter 2 as we explore God's righteous anger.

John chapter 2 beginning at verse 13, And the Jews Passover was at hand. And Jesus went up to Jerusalem

and found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves and changers of money sitting. And when he had made a scourge of small cords,

he drove them all out of the temple and the sheep and the oxen and poured out the changers' money
