Here to tell us all about it is Nathan Opel and also his partner, Chris Aube.

It's great to be here. It's so good to see you. So there's Nathan, there's Chris. Nathan, you were

here four months ago when we were talking about this originally, but now the date is upon us.

Four years have gone, for four months, excuse me.

Four months have gone by.

And what I want to frame this episode around is going to be what's been happening since we talked last in the last four months.

I understand a lot's been going on.

And then also we've got a bunch of great clips

that we're going to play for the audience and let you set them up so you can tell us what's going

on and we'll understand what's happening. Chris, can I ask you something? Yes, sir. First off,

How on earth did you get involved with this guy?

Nathan.

Well, I, prior to this, I was the president of a national real estate management firm and a friend of mine, Guy I met in the industry.

When I exited that business, I was looking for what did I want to do next? I wanted

to do something that was good for humanity and something that, you know, I wasn't controlled by

some board of directors telling me what I couldn't, couldn't say and everything. I wanted to be

able to be, you know, to have the true freedom. And so fortunately, I was in a position to do that.

And this guy, I was friends with, said, hey, I was in a position to do that. And this guy I was friends with

said, hey, I've got a buddy of mine who's a two-time Emmy Award winning filmmaker. And he's
