Wow, I have a podcast y'all. crazy is this it's absolutely a dream come true

This is also absolutely God continuing to answer my prayer. I asked the Lord to use me to bring a new

dimension to the faith and mental health conversation and he has gone above and

beyond what I could have asked or thought, including having

this podcast hosted exclusively by the Woman Evolve Podcast Network. I get to do this with Woman Evolve. Can we give a

shout out to my girl, my sis, my friend, Pastor Sarah Jakes Roberts. What can I say to this honor other than

Chow won't he do it? So here are the details. I'll help you start your week off right by dropping a new episode every Monday.

Sometimes it will just be me sharing what's on my heart or answering the questions you submit

and you can never be sure which me it will be.

Dr. Anita the therapist, Dr. Anita the minister, Dr. Anita the professor, Dr. Anita the mama, sister,

auntie, mentor, friend. most likely it will be all of the above.

I'm looking forward to sharing all of me with you.

But I definitely don't plan to do this alone. This is a sisterhood. This is woman evolve. We lean on and learn from each other.

faith and mental health conversation include? I'm so glad you asked. It

includes literally everything. First and foremost, I am a spiritual being. Because of that, our faith is connected to everything in our lives,

whether we realize it or not, it all begins there. Faith is especially entwined with our emotional health.

Mental health is also about our emotions as well as our thoughts and our actions.
