Hey everybody, this is the first episode of

Respeaclub on Spotify.

You may have listened to a couple early versions

of Respeaclub on the Dave Chang show,

but this is the first true spin-off of Respeaclub

in its own island.

It is separate, but you still hear myself,

Christian and rotating casted characters

trying to make different recipes

that we all find delicious, that are popular,

things that might be highly searched on the internet,

and we're all gonna make one version of that.

And I'll be honest, we are really evolving this

and changing it because the goal is this,

and I like to always reverse engineer.

The goal is how do we train people

to use their intuition more,

to not just follow recipes blindly,

to question the authenticity and successfulness

of a lot of recipes that are deemed popular?

Three, to have this conversation of cooking at home,

to make this really a club.
