Canada says India is responsible for gunning down a sick leader who was killed on

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau made a shocking announcement yesterday before Parliament. Over the past number of weeks,

Canadian security agencies have been actively pursuing

credible allegations of a potential link between agents of the government of India

and the killing of a Canadian citizen, Hardip Singh Nijjar.

Our top priorities have therefore been one that our law enforcement and security agencies

ensure the continued safety of all Canadians and two that all steps be taken to hold perpetrators of this murder to account.

The man who Trudeau names there had been a prominent advocate for the creation of a separate

six state in the Punjab region of India.

He was shot in his vehicle in June in British Columbia by two gunmen wearing masks.

India denies involvement in the killing but the fallout was pretty quick.

India and Canada have now both expelled each other's diplomats over the accusations.

Trudeau said the incident was an unacceptable violation of Canadian sovereignty.

At number two, President Biden and Ukrainian President Velodimir Zilinsky will address the UN General President will seek to reignite that support at the annual meeting of the world's

nations. There will be some notable absences at the UN summit, Russian President

Vladimir Putin, and China's Xi Jin Ping. Zelilinsky will then travel to Washington.

On Thursday, he'll visit Capitol Hill to lobby for a $24 billion assistance package to Ukraine. At number three, five American citizens imprisoned in Iran are heading back home.
