Ian Rappaport tweeting, surprise, surprise, the Giants and their star running back, Sequin Barkley, agreed to terms on a new one-year deal worth up to $11 million, gives him a chance to beat the franchise tag, which is at about $10.1 million, and he gets a $2 million signing bonus.
1:39.2	Barkley, the report is he's already in the building, and he will report at training camp today.
1:44.2	Ian clarified, because there was a little curiosity. A lot of people thought mid-July hits. He doesn't side the franchise tag.
