27 years in the making. And you can just feel it all over this city.

Oh, yeah. So, sit and never sleep, but we got a little sleep last night, at least I hope we did.

Yeah, you know, we're going to get to that and a lot more this morning,

including the latest on the dangerous weather. Ginger is standing by with the threat. We also tracking

the latest in the growing Ebola outbreak. There is some concern. As the World Cup will be here in a

couple weeks, Faitha Bube is standing by at the CDC. And we have some good news in the effort to

contain that chemical crisis in Southern California.

Some of the people forced to evacuate are now heading home.

But first, that rainy holiday weekend, powerful storms overnight as well.

Yeah, what was a nuisance for so many really was deadly in Mississippi after three to five inches

fell really fast.

And last night, terrifying in Alabama.

Overnight, a likely tornado in southeastern Alabama.
