Hey, friends. Welcome back to another episode. We're here in the studio at Fredericksburg, Virginia.

Got a new coffee mug here given to me my friends at the Wilds. The name of their coffee shop is

Cool Beans. So I guess that means I'm cool. I'm going to take a sip

there. One of the bad things about having coffee and then starting to talk is that your coffee

gets cold. But praise the Lord for microwaves. And I will definitely microwave this coffee at the

end of this episode.

First Kings 4, we're talking about the wisdom of Solomon and all the ways by which that wisdom evidenced itself in his life.

We talked last episode about that famous story about the two women and the baby.

And Solomon's wisdom just began to expand. People began to find out about it

everywhere. He became famous for being a man that was wise. People would just come to visit him,

to hear from him, to get advice from him. And we're going to see some great examples of that

in this chapter as well.

First King's chapter four, really verses 1 through 19, describe the administrative structure of

Solomon's kingdom. That might sound boring to you, but the way by which organizations are administrated and organized

are often a good indication of why they're successful.

And even in church work, I mean, administration is so important.

It is a spiritual gift. There in Romans chapter 12, the gift of ruling
