Let's start with an update on the extremely restricted voter suppression law out of Texas.

On Sunday night, Texas State Democrats were able to successfully halt the effort to pass

the bill by staging a dramatic late-night walk-out from the State House chamber.

The surprise moved by roughly 60 Democratic lawmakers stopped the bill from passing by denying

Republicans the required quorum of members in attendance and forced them to abruptly

adjourn without taking the vote.

In response, Governor Greg Abbott tweeted that he intends to withhold pay checks to

state lawmakers.

It's not even legal, not that Greg Abbott cares about legal.

While most of America celebrated our fallen troops this weekend, General Michael Flynn,

AKA Trump's former National Security Advisor, gave a speech in Dallas saying that the US

should have the same kind of coup that Myanmar had.

I mean, we almost did Michael, it was called January 6th.

Negotiations continued yesterday in Israel over the political coalition that is likely to

unseat Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

The deadline for a final power-sharing agreement is Wednesday, AKA tomorrow.

If the agreement succeeds, the new Prime Minister would be right-wing leader Nafchali Bennett,

followed by yet-year lipheed, who is the leader of a centrist party, with both alternating

in the role of Prime Minister.
