And we always start with the top story yesterday.

Closing arguments were delivered in Hunter Biden's federal gun trial and the 12 member

jury began their deliberations. The defense arrested their case in the morning.

Hunter did not testify. Again, he's accused of illegally purchasing and

possessing a gun in 2018 while using drugs.

He has pleaded not guilty to all three charges against him.

And again, if he is found guilty, he'll be the first son of a sitting president convicted in federal court.

The judge would then decide his punishment, which could bring up to 25 years in a federal prison.

That's highly unlikely, but it is possible.

Those jury deliberations will continue today.

All right, okay, a few sports headlines here. News broke yesterday. The Dan Hurley is

rejecting the $ million dollar offer

made by the Lakers and he wants to stay at Yukon they reportedly wanted him for

for that head coach position made a real strong offer and he turned it down.

Word is he wants to stay in Connecticut and go for that third straight national

championship. There was so much sports news yesterday that I saved this one for today but a new date was announced for the Jake Paul Mike Tyson

fight. It's now going to happen November 15th. It's still going to stream live on Netflix.

Somebody just 1.4 million dollars so this is quite a bit lower but it makes sense they're just
