Hey, friends, welcome back. We are still in the Book of Galatians, although this is our final lap as we are halfway through,

0:46.8

a little bit over halfway through. Galatians chapter 6, I guess we are exactly halfway through because we finish nine verses and we have 18 to cover. But today I want to hone in really on one verse, and we won't be maybe as long as we

0:58.5

normally are, but what an important verse for us to consider. So Galatians chapter 6 and verse

1:04.3

number 10, which is really in the context of sowing and reaping. We talked a bit about sewing and reaping yesterday. And I think I

1:14.4

mentioned that it's a principle all throughout the Bible. And it's a principle that we can't deny.

1:21.6

And it's a principle that is going to be true. It's the consequences of right investments and the consequences of wrong investments.

1:32.5

There's just so much to it. But look at verse number 10, where the Bible says, as we have

1:39.1

therefore opportunity. So we're talking about sewing and reaping. We're talking about sewing to the flesh,

1:47.3

sewing to the spirit. And then it says, as we have therefore opportunity. So whatever we're

1:53.9

talking about in verse number 10 then is tied to sewing and reaping. So we know that this is more

2:00.7

than just an agricultural principle, but that sewing and reaping. So we know that this is more than just an agricultural principle,

2:03.7

but that sewing and reaping really covers the behaviors we have toward each other. Because it says,

2:10.7

as we have therefore opportunity, let us do good unto all men. So in that sense, what would the doing good be? Sowing. It's sewing,

2:22.9

especially under them who are of the household of faith. So I want you to go back to what we said

2:28.7

about sewing and reaping. When you sow a seed, you're really doing so in faith. Faith that that seed is going to die in that

2:39.6

ground. It's going to, the pot is going to, is going to break and the bud is going to come out.

2:48.4

I know I'm sounding pretty naive right now about the process, but you know what happens. And the point is this to come out. I know I'm sounding pretty naive right now about the process,
