stories. It's Tuesday, the 17th. Seattle City Council today could approve the controversial

bans on loitering related to drug use and prostitution in specific zones around the city.

Councilmember Kathy Moore is sponsoring the measure to create new so-called soap zones around Seattle.

She said the bill got feedback from survivors of the commercial sex trade and service

providers. And there's disagreement within that community. There's not unanimity. And so I think

we just have to be honest about that. Her bill focuses on people involved in prostitution on Aurora
