when the show starts right now. And we always start with the top story. Winter weather continues to be

a big story. We got a light dusting of snow last night here in Nashville. My kids loved it. But parts of the country could see a lot more this week. There's a weather system in Canada right now called the Alberta Clipper. That's projected to bring snow to over a dozen states by the end of the week. It'll start in North Dakota tomorrow and then quickly cross the Great Lakes into the northeast.

It's not going to be very strong, but it will be big and it will be moving fast.

It's going to dump a lot of snow over a large area.

I think it's cold enough.

New York City could even see a couple inches by the end of the week.

All right. Okay. On to sports yesterday, I mentioned Jacksonville Jaguars quarterback Trevor

Lawrence getting a concussion from an illegal hit on Sunday. And there's an update. The player on the

Texans responsible for that hit, Aziz Al Shaere wrote online yesterday that

he was very sorry.

He said it happened so fast and was not intentional.

He said, quote, to Trevor, I genuinely apologize to you for what ended up happening.

I would never want to see any player hurt because of a hit I put on him, especially one

that was ruled late or unnecessary.

He is expected to be fined for the hit, but I understand the desire to apologize publicly.

In other football news last night, the Broncos hosted the Browns for Monday Night Football,

and the Broncos won at 41 to 32.
