It's first thing with Kevin Mano. Good to be back. Hope you're well. It's a real quick look at all the headlines.

Lots to get through today, and the show starts right now.

And we always start with the top story. First, in politics, news broke last night,

the President Biden, who is 49 days

away from the end of his term, signed a pardon for his son Hunter's gun and tax charges. He said

that Hunter has been treated unfairly for being his son. Biden released his statement regarding

the decision, part of which said, quote, I believe in the justice system, but as I have wrestled

with this, I also believe raw politics has infected this process, and it led to a miscarriage of justice.

And once I made this decision this weekend, there was no sense in delaying it further.

I hope Americans will understand why a father and a president would come to this decision.

On to sports, it's all football.

First, in college football, there were lots of fights over the weekend.

It was a rivalry weekend, and I just kept seeing headlines about brawls.

Michigan and Ohio State, those teams were each fined $100,000 for their fight.

Florida State and Florida, Arizona State and Arizona, NC State and UNC, Auburn and Alabama, Houston and BYU, lots of little scuffles everywhere. In a few cases when a team would win, they would try to

plant a flag in the middle of their opponent's field. Didn't always end well. In other football news,

the pros fight too. There was a fight during the Texans Jaguars game yesterday after Jaguars quarterback

Trevor Lawrence took an illegal hit. He actually suffered a concussion because of it. The Texans
