Summary
Today on the show we’re replaying our episode with entrepreneur, mentor, podcaster, and philanthropist, Glenn Stearns. Glenn is the founder of Stearns Lending, now founder and CEO at Kind Lending, star of the Discovery channels Undercover Billionaire, and founder of Underdog BBQ in Erie, Pennsylvania.
Jayson and Glenn talk about Glenn’s attitude that he carries with him ever since he was a child with a tough upbringing, getting diagnosed with dyslexia, and getting a girl pregnant at 14 years old. He could have followed in his parents footsteps, going out an partying every night, but he decided early on that wasn’t him.
Glenn was apart of the Discovery channel’s “Undercover Billionaire” show in which he decided he wanted to be put in the middle of nowhere with almost no money and start a business. From that grew Underdog BBQ a business which is still thriving today. Glenn says that is one of the most fulfilling things he has ever done.
