Today on the show we’re continuing our Power Play series as Jayson sits down with John LeBlanc to discuss why everyone in the world could use a coach. They offer, at the very least, another set of eyes and ears on the situations that we feel most uncomfortable.

Jayson talks about his coaching experience with his kids in sports, and how he demanded the kids gave as much effort as they had. That is the only thing that is measurable in our lives that we can control, and sometimes it takes an outside perspective to really make you see what you’re capable of.

0:39.0	fitness world. So that is where when you say coaching, my head goes. And I'm big into to use
0:46.4	sports and coaching. But, you know, business is different. Well, it's the same, but it's different.
