an entrepreneur today's guest Christina Z. Holly she goes by Z. of an

mite mite trained engineer turned entrepreneur

and she dedicates much of her career

to both exploring the inner world of the entrepreneur

as well as helping them launch to success.

Z is best known for curating and hosting

the first ever TEDx talks in 2009,

as well as starting two different innovation centers.

One of them is at MIT,

and the other is at the University of Southern California.

What's really cool is she now translates this experience

into a non-profit called Making It in LA, and she hosts a podcast the art of

manufacturing where she has extensive interviews with many individuals who have
