You know, a lot of times when people talk about attachment they're actually talking about the research which you know if you're familiar with it goes back to Bulby and Maine and

Ain's worth which is incredible groundbreaking research.

And we'll quickly summarize it in just a moment.

But that has been back starting in the 50s, all the way to the late 80s and there's been a lot of things

that have happened since then and so this episode is going to really bring us
