Group therapy is therapy where you get together with a group and usually you meet weekly and generally

it's the same people that commit to being together for a certain amount of time.

Who come together willing and able to work on their issues.

And it's a way to really get to know one another and to support one another and to challenge one another to grow.

It's an opportunity to be with other people, people like you, as well as therapist, maybe one, maybe two.

To get feedback and to be in an environment that's safe, supportive, and trusting.

Kind of a magical process, you have to have faith that the things that you struggle with
