There's been some really standout moments in classes where women have asked to be taught defenses against certain attacks that you know they have a history with they've experienced in real life.

And to watch women work through something like that is really humbling and powerful

martial arts training programs and together they joined forces and formed a nonprofit that is really growing in its reach.

So now it only serves Vermont but their goal is to stretch out nationally and they really want to not only provide the program but change culture for both men and women in the
