It was more like a co-host situation.

John Pugliano and myself discussing the philosophy of wealth building in a book called The Richest Man in Babylon.

Now John and I share a lot of philosophy when it comes to how to build your wealth and how to manage your money.

And we definitely are in sync with like let's say 95% of the advice that comes out of this book. But I wanted to tell you a little bit here at the

beginning of how this even happened. So in 2018 we were at a time of 10 years of TSPC.

Okay, 2008, 2018, 10 years.

So we were having the 10 year anniversary celebration

and quite a few people came. 10 year

actually came into town for it.

So at one point in this year actually

going to hear a phone call come in
