And today folks, we are rewinding back to December 22nd 2009.

Like I said this week, we are going to be doing all episodes from December in sequential order,

starting with the oldest one being today.

I didn't pull one from 08, which was the first year of the podcast.

This is 2009 again December 22nd, this being the 20th.

It's almost exactly an anniversary episode from all the way back in 2009, which is pretty cool.

There are some other things about this episode I wanted to point out before we go back there.

Number one, this is the second to the last episode that I did in my car.

Episode 343, a listener feedback episode on the 23rd was the last episode I ever did before I went full time and stayed home and left my old corporate wife behind.

So I thought that was kind of cool.

It is a cool episode. It's about evaluating property.

You're going to hear a lot of, so this is a 2009, right?

So it was 12 years, 13 years ago.

This is 13 years old at this point.

You're going to hear a lot stay exactly the same as what I recommend today, including things like sometimes,

if you really can't find a place that you can afford, maybe the place isn't the right place to be in the first place.

I think that's more true than ever now is more and more, let's just say, problems have spread across our country.
