into anything, how proud we are of you? As much as you tell the children you're around all day long,

you're so proud of them. We are proud of you. You're doing a beautiful, wonderful, spectacular job.

Being their mom or being their whatever person that you are in their lives, we want to say you're doing spectacularly

in every single possible way. Let's say that right out loud first. Can you say you're doing a

really, really good job today? No matter what has happened, no matter what emotions have come up for

them or for you today, you're okay, they're okay. Everyone in this reality is okay. Whether they're happy,

whether they're sad, whether they're frantic or whether they're mad, it's all okay. It's okay, it's okay, it's okay.

And it's okay if you felt those emotions also. Those emotions in them are okay and they're okay

in you as well. So no matter what the day has been for you today, we want to say you're okay, they're okay,
