0:47.7	As many of you know, Founders Seminary is opening its doors coming up in this fall, the fall semester. And what we're doing as a result of that is we are actually moving the Founders Warehouse to
0:57.8	another warehouse.
0:59.2	And we are retrofitting that new warehouse that we've been able to purchase.
1:02.8	And we need to move all of our equipment and all of our books and everything to that new warehouse.
1:07.1	And so what we're doing is we are raising money in order to be able to do that
1:11.4	and also then to retrofit our current space for the Founders Seminary classroom. So if Founders
