deliver one life-changing assignment to you.

That's right.

I got something actionable for you to do

that will change the way that you achieve results,

the way that you look at nutrition,

the way that you look at nutrition the way that you look at fat loss it's going to change

everything it's one very simple action step the question is are you going to do it? Right now, you're probably like, yes, definitely, which is normal, because there's a little excitement.

There's the open loop, there's the visualization of oh there's going to be this

one thing, it's going to change everything and then I'm going to tell you what it is and

then you're going to actually have to do the thing and that's less exciting.

That doesn't come with a dopamine hit. That doesn't come with anything other than

just doing the work and realizing that it's actually not all that exciting.
