As we prepare for this guided prayer, allow yourself a moment of reprieve from all that surrounds today and the life you live.

It will all take care of itself in time, but for now, this is a gift that you even give to yourself.

Rest. Thought. Reflection. Worship. Prayer. I want you to imagine a moment. Maybe a moment that happened in your life where you stood

next to something so grand and big. Maybe it was a monument. Maybe it was the ocean. Maybe it was a skyscraper.

Maybe it was a stadium. But have you ever felt small next to something so

big and grand? May I remind you today in this guided prayer experience, God, he is grand. And what he says is true.

Big, strong, powerful, and true.

Maybe you find yourself wondering,

what is capable and able,

strong enough and true enough to see me through the trajectory of my life? The answer is God. For his name is truth. The Bible says you shall know

the truth and the truth shall make you free,

which is to say you shall know God and God will make you free. Thank him right now just in this moment.

God, you are true. Thank you. You're the definition of true. You're the definition of right. You're the definition of wholeness. You're the definition of soundness. You're the definition of soundness. you are true.

Take some 15, 20 seconds in your own words and tell him how true he is and how grateful you are. Thank you. Oh, thank you, God.

You are true.

And all that you do is true. I can think now in my life,

even as I am recording this guided experience, there are areas of my life that need his truth, like a blazing light, absolutely casting brightness and exposure into every dark area.

I need his bright light of truth to shine true and strong.

Maybe you're in the middle of a misunderstanding or a painful disagreement with family

or a misunderstanding with a coworker or a roommate that you can't see eye to eye with.

His truth can come to your aid, heal, and restore, and make right.
