Hello everybody. Today we have with us Ariel Astoria,

poet, speaker, author, actor, model all around magical being, and to put it into her beautiful

words. She creates words and experiences that create spaces for feeling and healing through

poetry, keynotes, workshops, or media storytelling. The goal is to feel and feel deeply.

That's so beautiful. Ariel, I am pumped that you're here as I told you before. I am legitimately

fan-girling. I'm just trying to be cool. Thank you so much for joining us.

Can you tell us your rosebud thorn today? What's awesome? What's not awesome and what's

something you're looking forward to? I think my thorn today would have to be having that

real fun. Hey, Christmas is going to look kind of different this year conversation.

We would think that it's a universal, everyone is just on the same page, but that's not the case.

This is for a lot of us. I'm just not looking forward to having those conversations,

but my rose would be regardless of where we go or don't go. People still aren't going to be really

working those few days. I'm looking forward to arrest. I'm looking forward to just a break in

my husband and I will both be off. I'm just looking forward to that time together as well.
