When we're praying over and over again and God isn't answering the prayer that we're crying out to him for when we have unfulfilled longings when we're just struggling with our emotions because life feels like a roller coaster.

How do we trust God? How do we find stability? How do we lean into God's word and anchor our hearts in his truth and truly thrive in the midst of our circumstances, even if they never change Bethany and I share our journeys over the past decade of how God has taught us to taught us to trust him as he has taken our lives.

I would say on some very unexpected twists and turns, you know, we both had our life planned out when we were like 18, 19, like it's going to go this way.

We all do that, like five years down the road, I'm going to be here 10 years there.

And when life hits those mile markers and you're nowhere close to where you thought you'd be, your life looks so different than what you imagined.

What do you do? How do you trust God? How do you move forward? How do you accept his story for your life and even more?

How do you view his plan for your life as good when it feels so much different than what you thought good looks like?

That's what we unpacked and unpack in our book, not part of the plan.
