So he says, lesson learned. I was looking to purchase a property in an affordable city in the northeast. I couldn't afford Boston. So as not to miss out on a property, I bought in Providence, Rhode Island. I asked many of my friends in a Boston area if they knew anyone in the

Providence area and no one was licensed or knew anyone reputable in Providence. I couldn't find

a referral or color in the area. Long story short, I found a white glove service referral agent

with residential properties in the Providence area. I allow her to choose the real estate attorney,
